Authentic training and assessment today are new approaches to conceiving, designing and carrying out the student-personality training and assessment activity. These approaches aim at increasing the efficiency of the educational process by focusing on the learner and his / her real training needs, ie on the training-assessment of the functional competencies necessary for the pupil alive. In the context of the authentic assessment, the competency profile of the teacher demands additions regarding the conditions of modern design and realization of the evaluation act, they must comply with the general principles of training and evaluation and meet the requirements of the authentic evaluation. |
