Rezumat | ||||||
School defined as an institution intended for training and education the young generation, involves the co-operation of many factors, among which there is at the forefront the couple teacher-student. This relationship highlights the meaning of the teacher’s social function. In contemporary society the teacher is no longer just a source of information. The teacher is situated in a relationship system that goes beyond the school included the community in the middle of which he operates, which increases the complexity of the teacher’s work and accentuating the role and cherishing the degree of responsability of his actions. |
