he scientists of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics nd a M.V.Zubets of National Academy of Agrarian Science of Ukraine have improved the system of obtaining embryos in vitro with defined sex and lineage known origin on base cryopreservation the embryos for replenish Bank of Animal Genetic Resources. Authors used biotechnological, cryobiological, morphological, molecular and genetic methods at carrying out this research. As a result of fertilization of mature oocytes in vitro was forming of zygotes obtained in level 47.2 %. The averaged level of splitting embryo in vitro was 39.6 %. For long-term storage of genetic resources eight embryos were taken from the three donors. The embryos were at the stage of early and middle morula and frozen by vitrification method. |
