Rezumat

The aim was to study the impact of phosphatides feeding on lipid metabolism of Japanese quails. Bird control group consumed complete feed, balanced in nutrients and bioactive components under the existing rules. Japanese quails research group in addition to diet administered phosphatides (2% of the feed). For the biochemical studies performed slaughter poultry 28-, 42-, 72-day old. Determination of total lipids found in liver tissues of quails research groups at all ages during feeding lipid supplementation increased levels of total lipids. The most significant growth was in their 42 days age, which amounted to 21,25% (p<0,001), while the least - in the early feeding of lipids, which amounted to 9.60%. At 72 days age compared with 42 daily growth of total lipids was slightly lower and amounted to 15,37% (p<0,01), respectively. In liver tissue under the influence of phosphatides saw an increase in absolute and relative content of phospholipids, which was the largest in the 42-day quail age. In liver tissue and pectoral muscle poultry 28 days age set to decline relative content of mono- and of diacylglycerols (p<0,001), unchanged absolute concentrations. However, the 42- and 72- day age marked increase in their content (p<0,01-0,001). Also feeding phosphatides spurred increased productivity and improved quality of poultry products received. So studies give grounds for recommends, the use of additives phosphatides in an amount of 2% of the basic diet of quail in from 17- to 72-day age to correct lipid metabolism quail.
