Fortunately many musical compositions in the creative activity of the composer Z. Tkachi are devoted to children. Besides operas, ballets, symphony works she wrote two collections ofpieces „Leagăn de mohor" and „Alfabetul cîntă”. Such collections o f music pieces having the mentioned poetic titles are rarely found. Z. Tkachi was the editor o f very interesting pieces for different instruments such as „Sîrba prieteniei”, „Caruselul melodiilor”. Creating these collections she widened the repertoire for children's music schools based on Moldavian folklore.
