Rezumat

A fost efectuat un studiu retrospectiv al modifi cării dinamice a unor indicatori sintetici în perioada anilor 1999-2007 în 33 de ţări ale Regiunii Europene а OMS. În cadrul studiului a fost demonstrat că indicatorii indirecţi ai funcţionării sistemelor naţionale de sănătate din ţările exsovietice s-au ameliorat mai mult în comparaţie cu cei din ţările „Europei Vechi”, în anul 2007 a persistat diferenţa statistic veridică între aceste 2 grupuri de ţări, care a existat în anul 1999.

There was performed a retrospective research of the dynamic modifi cations of several synthetic indices during 1999-2007 years in 33 countries of the European region of the WHO. This study demonstrated that nevertheless there was a bit higher increase of the indirect indices of the effi cacy of the health care system in post-socialist countries comparing with “The Old Europe”, but, by the year 2007, the existed statistical difference between these 2 groups of countries has persisted.

Было проведено ретроспективное исследование изменения нескольких синтетических показателей в период 1999-2007 годов в 33 странах Европейского ре- гиона ВОЗ. В ходе исследования было показано, что не- смотря на более быстрый рост непрямых показателей эффективности функционирования системы здравоох- ранения в странах «новых членах» ЕС и постсоветских государствах, по состоянию на 2007 год сохранилась статистически достоверная разница между странами «Старой Европы» и государствами бывшего социали- стического лагеря.
