Thermotherapy was conducted with 5 varieties of apple Fluerash, Coreland, Coredem, Coredana, Calvil de Moldova. Thermochambers were situated inside of glasshouse. For obtaining of one virus free clone 2-2,5 times less of electricity was used than for the one obtained by usual thermotherapy. Test by ISEM and biological field test showed the obtained clone was virus free from Apple chlorotic leaf spot trichovirus, Apple stem pitting virus, Apple stem grooving capillovirus, Apple mosaic ilarvirus. |
