In the process of increasing the thermo-energetic efficiency of existing housing stock, in which the additional insulating of the envelope is the main provision, situations of partial insulation occur relatively frequent, on the area corresponding to an apartment or a group of apartments. These cases, justified in particular by economic conditions, but also by some architectural considerations, influence the extent of correction for thermal bridges included in the envelope, by reducing the operation energy demand and the surface condensation risk. This paper aims to analyse these issues for prefabricated concrete large-panel buildings, and highlights the influence of various factors on the parameters characterizing the effect of thermal bridges, and also the optimization possibilities for constructive solutions from this category, as an alternative to the general insulation. |

Aceste situaţii, justificate în special de contextul economic, dar şi de anumite considerente arhitecturale, influenţează gradul de corecţie a punţilor termice incluse în anvelopă, prin reducerea necesarului de energie pentru exploatare şi a riscului de condens superficial.
