In this article, the author conducts a scientific analysis of the features of the procedural optimization of order production. The content of the optimization of order production is the effective and timely protection of the subjective rights and legitimate interests of the creditor in the absence of a dispute about substantive law. Optimization of writ proceedings is considered from the point of view of limiting the possibility of re-issuing a court order on identical requirements, the possibility of implementation of interim measures in the order production of the institute and the possibility of transition from the order to the action proceedings are also considered. |
