As the Romanian doctrine points out, what determined the particular regulation of telework was not the fact that the workers carried out their activity in another job than the one organized for this purpose by the employers, because this was done before Law no. 81/2018, by seconding, delegating or mobilizing the employee, but the fact that the mechanisms, specific means of communication between teleworkers and employers are fundamentally influenced by the implementation, acceptance and use on a large, global scale of new information and communication technologies. |
