Статья посвящена проблеме сравнительного анализа систем англо-американского и латинского нотариата. В статье построена компаративная характеристика различных систем нотариата в разных государствах, реализована цель определения особенностей англо-американского и латинского нотариата, проведен их компаративный анализ. В результате проведенного анализа сделан вывод о том, что англо-американская и латинская системы нотариата имеют различия, определяемые особенностями правовых систем, в рамках которых они являются институциализированными.

The article deals with the problem of comparative analysis of the systems of Anglo-American and Latin notaries. The article builds a model of differences between different notary systems in different countries, accomplishes the task of identifying the features of Anglo-American and Latin notaries, and compares them comparatively. The analysis concludes that Anglo-American and Latin notarial systems have differences that are determined by the particularities of the legal systems within which they are institutionalized.

Articolul este dedicat problemei analizei comparative a sistemelor notarilor anglo-americani și latini. Acest studiu construiește o caracteristică comparativă a diferitelor sisteme notariale din diferite state, implementează scopul determinării caracteristicilor notarilor anglo-americani și latini și efectuează analiza comparativă a acestora. Ca urmare a analizei, s-a ajuns la concluzia că sistemele notariale anglo-americane și latine au diferențe determinate de particularitățile sistemelor juridice în care sunt instituționalizate
