The article deals with the usage of the interactive technology of forming cross-cultural values of studentsspecialized in primary education in the educational process of higher educational institution. The essence of the interactive technology, its assignments and mechanisms of influence are determined. Training form as a part of the interactive technology is revealed. Their effectiveness in work with students of higher educational institutions is proved on the examples of using the ethical training «I am the culture, you are the culture» and the communicative training «We are different, but we are equal». The efficiency of the cross-cultural integrator and students’ interactive theater in the educational process of higher educational institution has been found out. |
