The article considers the chromium content in the components of the environment of the Dniester basin. From the available data on the content of chromium in water, soils, sediments and living organisms, the authors clearly can not determine the potential danger of chromium for the population, since its migration in the biogeochemical chain has not been sufficiently studied. In this connection, the authors started a systematic study of chromium in the environment of the Dniester valley. According to preliminary data, chromium concentrations in the soils of the region under investigation are in the range from 8 to 262 mg / kg. |
