The Cactaceae Juss. family is represented by 737 taxons among which 435 are blossoming and 278 are fruitifying,in the collection of the Botanic Gardens (I) of the Academy of Sciense of Moldova. The plants of this family are multiplyng by seeds and vegetative. . Established collections play an important role in the ecological education of the population, in the teaching – educational process and in completing the assortment of plants used for greening of spaces with various destinations. |
