Rezumat

The socio-economic evolution, politics and globalization have changed the way people think and practices. Globalization has led to the free movement of people. Migration of people marks today. Immigration has changed the entire social and economic landscape, increasing values and assets, strengthening the information society. The building of the post-industrial revolution, high-performance materials, state-of-the-art technologies and intelligent equipment / products in the 2030 Agenda strategy have led to brain drain, increasing the brain drain from the poorest to the richest countries. The migration of skilled labor brings benefits to the recipient countries and disadvantages to the issuing countries. Economic inequality only accelerates the migration of high-performing specialists and the "brain drain". The vector of the migratory flow has increased towards OECD countries in the last years, slightly increasing in 2018 with about 5.3 million new migrants, 2% compared to 2017. Migration of skilled labor has increased the number of families in migration, to the detriment of the demands of asylum, which diminished.
