Obtaining the disease symptoms by artificial inoculation is important for the study of various aspects of plant pathology. The seven inoculation methods were compared in order to find the most effective one. Application of conidial mycelia suspension together with cultural liquid resulted in the greatest lesion of the plants up to their complete decay, regardless of the isolate toxicity. |
