The paper presents a working method used to evaluate air quality dispersion modeling in Tulcea county, based on air pollutants in local emission inventories and meteorological data. It was chosen the monitoring station no. 2 in Tulcea, located about 1 km from Tulcea, in the western part of the industrial site. The pollutants monitored at this station are provided in the Romanian law and for this study, over a period of 123 days in the interval of October 2013 and February 2014, we used the following parameters: sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen monoxide carbon and ozone. Assignment to lists of spreading areas according to OM 745/2002 for each pollutant in part was done taking into account the worst case obtained, modeled for each administrative territorial unit. Following this analysis it was found a concentration rate of 95-98 % of the variance of the entire record in the first three factors. The first factor proved to be composed of eigenvalues with positive values.
