| Rezumat | ||||||
The study included a group of 229 patients with alcoholic liver disease which has followed the presence of chronic pancreatitis. These patients were divided into II groups: I group – 147 patients diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, II group – 82 patients with solitary alcoholic liver disease. Study results showed that the coexistence of liver pathology and chronic pancreatitis in patients with chronic alcoholic intoxication is more common than solitary chronic liver disease. |
