Rezumat | ||||||
Vibrato is the most important performing skill, an integral part of the finger technique, giving the sound a singing, expressive, colorful character, changing the timbre, agogic and even pitch qualities in a wide framework. Vibrato is perhaps most associated with the intuitive aspect of activity, the immediate, subtle embodiment of the living breath of music, personal artistic ideas and experiences. It is in him that the individual essence of the violinist's performing talent, his instrumental “voice”, are most vividly manifested. |
