The article deals with one of the barriers of professional development of the head of the educational organization – the lack of the necessary level of flexibility. It is proposed to consider flexibility as one of the necessary conditions for continuous self-development. To begin with, it is important to develop "managerial flexibility" in relations with the team, then - to develop flexibility in the cycle of changes in the tasks to be solved. And the last – to learn to perceive your every day, as a personal growth and any management situation to regard as a new case, a separate course and a new experience |
