Rezumat

The article addresses the issue of economic, ergonomic and psychological analysis of the educational content and educational system in general, as an acute necessity and of high value for Moldova, which is currently facing a noticeable decline of the quality of education at all levels, from the number of adolescents who underachieve national examinations, and ending with increasingly poor quality of school students in the country, as noted by most teachers. In recent years educational environments in the country is proving more and more cases of institutional abuse, psychological crisis (violence, suicide etc.). Only in the year 2014, the number of children identified as victims of crimes subjected to criminal investigation, has increased by over 70% [7, p. 2], and the major causes of suicide among indigenous people continue to be, according to the opinions of specialists – poverty and depression. The suicide rate in the last year in R. M. appears to continue to be a constant one, as that of the years 2008-2012 [3]. Analysis of the state of affairs in the education system of the Republic of Moldova and identifying ways to improve the system, can be more valuable if it is done through the angle of: (I) educational contents, (II) emotional ergonomics of the process; (III) improved teaching methods, and (IV) quality of research and development in the field.
