The content of the article is a theoretical and methodological study of the university autonomy, by which is perceived the right of the academic community to lead itself, to exercise its academic freedoms, to assume the responsibility to form a set of skills în conformity with the national strategic options and policies of higher education development. în this context, the proposed teachers’ self-competence training Model is able to ensure the development of the competence intended for the future teacher education students, with the designing educational objectives, contents and strategies at the organized strategic intercessions level. |
