The article presents an analysis of the international legal framework regarding the inclusion of children and young people with disabilities in the education system. There are analyzed documents that recognize the equal rights of persons with disabilities, their equalization in the educational system. The situation in the Republic of Moldova and the changes in contemporary education are analyzed. |
