Rezumat

Указываются причины, обусловившие рецепцию принципа разделения властей в странах постсоветского про- странства как атрибута истинно демократического правового государства; исследованы модели правового закре- пления принципа разделения властей в государствах Содружества Независимых Государств; выявлены проблем- ные вопросы соотношения единства и разделения власти.

În articolul Corelația dintre unitatea și separarea puterilor în stat în comunitatea statelor independente: elemente comune și particularități, autorii identifică premisele acceptării principiului separării puterilor în țările post-sovietice ca atribut al unui stat de drept democratic; studiază modelul recunoașterii juridice a principiului separării puterilor în statele Comunității Statelor Independente; identifică problemele corelației unității și separației puterilor în stat.

In the article Unity and the separation of powers in the commonwealth of independent states: general and special, authors points to the reasons for the reception of the principle of separation of powers in the post-Soviet countries as an attribute of a truly democratic state of law; studied the model of legal recognition of the principle of separation of powers in the states of the Commonwealth of Independent States; identified problematic issues of the relationship of unity and separation of powers.
