În articol sunt prezentate date cu privire la influenţa erbicidului trifluralina asupra creşterii şi viabilităţii tulpinilor de bacterii, izolate din solurile poluate şi celor din Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme Nepatogene. În rezultatul cercetărilor au fost selectate 7 tulpini de bacterii cu capacitate de creştere în prezenţa concentraţiilor înalte 200-500 mg/L de trifluralină, unele din ele manifestând antagonism faţă de diverse microorganisme fitopatogene. Aceste tulpini, potenţiali distructori ai pesticidelor, pot contribui la elaborarea tehnologiilor autohtone de bioremediere a solurilor poluate. |

During the research were selected 7 strains of bacteria capable to growth in presence of high concentrations of trifluralin (200-500 mg/l). Some of them have antagonistic action on different phytopathogenes. These strains are potentional distructors of pesticides can contribute to development of autohtonus bioremediation technologies of polluted soils. 53 references, 3 tables, 2 figures. </p></cfAbstr> <cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'><p>В статье представлены данные о влиянии гербицида трифлуралин на рост и выживаемость бактериальных штаммов, изолированных из загрязнённых почв и штаммов из Национальной Коллекции Непатогенных Микроорганизмов. В результате исследований были отобраны 7 штаммов бактерий способных расти в присутствии высоких, 200-500 мг/л, концентраций трифлуралина, некоторые проявляющие антагонизм к различным фитопатогенным микроорганизмам.
