This paper deals with the identification of facilities and limits of Computer Assisted Language Learning. CALL represents a great opportunity to make foreign language classes more attractive and exciting, but it also requires that language teachers become computer literates. No doubt, computer is an excellent teaching tool, especially in teaching languages in any aspect, be it vocabulary, grammar, composition, pronunciation, or other linguistic and pragmatic-communicative skill. CALL offers language teachers and their students an amount of activities, which carefully planned and structured, will contribute to foreign language acquisition, as well as to improving language performance. Computers will never replace teachers, but teachers who use computers will replace those who do not use them.
