Rezumat

Un aspect important al pregătirii generale a individului este formarea culturii muncii ca o condiţie necesară pentru autorealizarea personală. Sub acest aspect, formarea culturii muncii la elevii cu CES (cerinţe educaţionale speciale) constituie o componentă importantă care se inscrie in parcursul intregului proces de integrare socio-profesională a acestei categorii de beneficiari. Noţiunea de cultura muncii reflectă capacitatea persoanei de a poseda cunoştinţe şi priceperi generale de muncă care asigură dezvoltarea caracteristicilor individuale a elevilor: acurateţea, buna organizare, folosirea metodelor raţionale de lucru etc.

An important aspect of a person’s general preparation is developing his/her work culture as a prerequisite for personal self-realization. In this regard, work culture development in students with SEN (special educational needs) is an important component present throughout the entire socio-professional integration process of this category of beneficiaries. The concept of work culture reflects a person’s ability to possess general working knowledge and skills that would promote the development of such individual traits as accuracy, good organization, rational methods of work etc.
