Rezumat

In the present article, on the basis of modern management theories, are considered the organizational culture and leadership as key factors of the successful realization of human potential in business organizations. The theoretical generalizations from the article are based on the analysis emerging from a number of national enterprises by situations associated with the formation of the organization’s culture. The conclusion of the article lies on the relevance and practical significance of the analyzed phenomenon for the achievement of the competitiveness of national enterprises.
