Rezumat

Public relations are the important tool of promotion and communications. Determined as ability to achieve success at public, public relations play a role of transfer of the necessary data to the potential client for strengthening the confidential attitudes to the enterprise, to his production. The speech goes about maintenance of regular contacts with various categories of public (personnel of the enterprise, clients, suppliers and distributors, mass media, representatives of public opinion) with the purpose of maintenance of support in realization of the put tasks.
