In structure of any society, the system of public health services is very important, because he interests the population of the country. Among the factors very strongly influencing perfection of this system one of most important is its financing. The proceeding reform of models of financing of system of public health services becomes the very important problem last years. However, despite of the large international experience in the decision of such problems, there is no one universal system of financing, leaving an opportunity to each state to find the way in this area. |
