This article talks about head-hunting as a method of recruitment of senior managers and deficient specialists on the labor market. Head-hunting is a relatively new concept on consultancy and recruitment market in Moldova. Also, head-hunting is known as executive research. Head-hunting, as a method of recruitment, can be applied in all fields of activity, but most of it is used in the banking sector and industry. When applying the head-hunting through executive research, several steps are required to be passed in a certain order and sequence. In general, this approach includes five steps that headhunters need to follow. |
