Rezumat | ||||||
Advertising today occupies one of the main positions in the economy of the Republic of Moldova and foreign countries. The emergence, development and legal regulation of advertising relations has been going on for many years, however, as such, consolidation at the legal level, as can be seen from the practice of foreign countries, for some reason has not found proper application. A couple of decades ago, the use and distribution of advertising was not as much in demand as it is today. Analyzing the very intensive development of this industry in foreign countries, we can conclude that the techniques and methods of legal regulation of the advertising industry used by it contribute to the fact that advertising as a factor and phenomenon of an economic and social nature occupies the main place in the market of all countries of the European Community. |
