Rezumat

Education is constantly changing with new technologies, approaches, and curriculum requirements. In this context, mentoring becomes necessary for teachers to adapt to changes in education. Teacher mentoring is a valuable practice for teacher development and improving the quality of education. This collaboration between mentor and teacher can have a significant impact on student success and the quality of education in general. That is why there is considerable concern for the professionalization of the teaching career, from this perspective, to find the most effective legislative and practical ways to ensure this opportunity for beginning teachers. Didactic mentoring is an educational process that has aspects of both opportunity and necessity, depending on the perspective from which it is approached. Mentoring thus provides teachers with a chance to develop their skills and knowledge in their field. Through mentoring, teachers can learn new teaching methods, discover educational resources, and gain confidence in their abilities. In an ever-expanding world of knowledge, teachers must continue to develop their skills and knowledge to remain relevant in the classroom. Mentoring thus becomes a necessity to ensure the continuous development of teachers.
