Abstract. In the present article, on the base of own investigations’ issues and literature data, the analysis of structure’s male gametophyte at modern Gymnospermae families was carried out and the characters which are a phylogenetic importance was revealed; the phylogenetic characters’ appreciation that allowed discussing the main directions of male gametophyte evolutional development in Gymnospermae was presented. Finally, an attempt of revealing the action of evolution’s concrete objective laws with reference to concrete structures of Gymnospermae male gametophyte was undertaken.
