Rezumat

Each of our student groups and teachers, belonging to the ethnicities of southern Bessarabia - Comrat/ UTA Găgăuzia, collides, from case to case, with the apparent problems of the day. In favor of their solution comes the crisis of lost unity, advanced by the German philosopher E. Husserl at the beginning of the century XX, [2]. As usual, any conflict-situation brews for a longer time, but it breaks out momentarily, when it becomes acute. This is what we face in conducting classes, in those specializing in the creation of the literary-artistic text. In this favor, we appeal here to the work of the classic M. Eminescu and the late contemporary writer N. Dabija. The duty of the specialist manager in education is to smooth out the difficult situations that arise on the socialproffesional field. On the subject: "Authentic interethnic design-excellence in universal from Eminescu to Dabija onwards", fragmentary, interpretive accents, fall on SAS/strategic action supports: No. I-2, No. I-4: TMSC/MVPF ,,6-to- 6”.The question that bothers us is: how do we do it?
