Rezumat

The authors of the article describe the experience of organizing and implementing pedagogical projects in the process of professional development of future specialists at the Gorno-Altai State University. The article presents the most interesting and practice-oriented projects implemented at the university. These projects are important for the formation of professional competence of future teachers. The possibilities of the educational environment of the university, contributing to the implementation of pedagogical projects through the integration of educational programs of higher education, which allows to ensure high quality training of future specialists, are analyzed. It is the practice-oriented platforms created on the basis of the university that contribute to the formation of professional competence of future teachers aimed at self-disclosure, self-realization. The authors pay a special role to the organization of partner interactions of the teaching staff with students in the projects being implemented. According to the authors, this makes it possible to immerse yourself in an interesting, scientific, creative educational environment of the faculty and the university as a whole. It should be noted that in changing conditions, there is a constant updating of the technology and content of education. This actualizes the need to form such an educational learning environment that helps students develop a wide range of general cultural, general professional and professional competencies. Immersion in projects of various directions contributes to the formation of competencies and skills for solving non-standard practice-oriented tasks.
