Rezumat | ||||||
Every university teacher, as the manager of the students group, through his main duties, acknowledges the quality insurance of the teaching courses that is made up from: the quality of the professional formation, the quality of the class hour planning, the quality of the class hour teaching, the quality of teaching process leading, feed-back and evaluation quality… The quality of the process of those three components part of the explicit didactic approach reflects the teaching process axis. Here is also added the realization of the current evaluations number I and II. Implementing the strategies in a creative and conscious way the university teacher becomes a manager of quality while his syllabuses transform themselves in elements of the quality portfolio, with the help of which the quality is checked. |
