| Rezumat | ||||||
This article intends to analyze the role of the head of public authority in cultivating institutional integrity. For the elaboration of the study, the reports of the National Anticorruption Center and the finding documents issued by the National Authority for Integrity were consulted. In addition, the study shows the causal link between mismanagement of integrity and violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The establishment of the contravention liability of the head of the public entity for not taking the measures to ensure the institutional integrity is an acceptance of the fact that the issues of institutional integrity threaten the social values protected by law. |
