The broadcasting as a means of information emerged and established itself on the present territory of the Republic of Moldova in the last century. During the Soviet times, he was enrolled in the State-party propaganda arsenal. Currently, the electronic information is in the process of democratization and affirmation in the civil society. The broadcasting in the Republic of Moldova through a period of transition from a dictatorship to a democratic one. Although it tends toward decentralization, however is observed the political interference that often determines the editorial activity of broadcasters. It shows trends of modernization of this domain through the emergence of new TV channel, that trying to promote European ideas and values. However, mores till to go a long way to strengthen the independence and effectiveness of the broadcasting in the Republic of Moldova. |
