The study is dedicated to professional stress present at teachers. It was demonstrated experimentally that: • Overall level of stress and its associated elements (anxiety, nervousness, headache) are different, depending on the ground of gender, resistance to stress, it is expected to be higher in the masculine gender; • The school environment influences the perception seniority stress: stress level to teachers which was more experience is reduced than at those with less experience; • Mechanisms of adaptation to stress to teachers with less experience are lower than to teachers with greater seniority.
