Rezumat

Predecessor over time planning the career of the civil servant in the conditions of public administration reform focuses on management positions and short and long term needs of the organization, institution or enterprise, while individual career planning focuses mainly on skills, abilities or qualications the employee, as well as his needs and aspirations in the public administration system. As stated in previous papers, planning an activity in the public management sector is primarily focused on certain priority elements, which ultimately leads unquestionably and inevitably to a major goal - the good organization and management of an administrative subdivision that would recorded in a certain period of time certain positive and ecient results for the public administration.
