The purpose of the paper is highlighted by the desire to analyze the role of "Soft Power" tools and public diplomacy policies in shaping NATO's strategic discourse in the context of the current security environment in terms of both offline and online space. The list of challenges and threats to NATO also includes international terrorism, inappropriate use of new technologies, regional crises and disputes, proliferation of weapons, illegal immigration, etc. From what has been studied in previous chapters, we also summarize the fact that the Alliance considers itself a politico-military cohesion, a selectivity of states involved in defending Euro-Atlantic values and interests, constantly adapting its response to any threat.
