The great importance that presents the vegetables for general food and particularly for rational nutrition of people represents the dynamic factor in the direction of vegetable production increasing, diversification of assortment of fresh and processed vegetables, the permanent improvement of quality, the extending of cultural methods, the technology improving and the increasing of economic efficiency. |
