The scientific article elaborated by the doctoral student Oancea Iurie is dedicated to the analysis of the concept of prostitution that is developed in the following three sources: Roman law, German law and Christian doctrine. The author makes a deep analysis of the opinions, definitions concerning the prostitution that were elaborated and proposed by the scientists of Ancient Rome, as well those that were reflected in German law and in the Christian doctrine. At the same time the author makes a comparative analysis of the features characteristic of the prostitution reflected in the mentioned sources capturing the attention on the main features. |
