Rezumat

Coordination training is one of the hardest training processes in education, which insures whole organize system and preparation function in training. A scientific and theoretical research in modern judo training process methods shows a lack of information for training coordination potency for young judo athletes. Also, lack of scientific and methodological information for judo trainers, in which should be shown coordination abilities and educational methods for different age groups. From this, we can bring up a problematic question – how special developed training program, which is contributed in the year training cycle, can change 11-13 years old young judo athletes test results for coordination abilities? Relying on problematic question, we can bring up the research hypotheses: using special developed experimental training program, in which are included special coordination exercises, that can help to improve 11-13 years old young judo athletes’ coordination abilities. Research subject – 11 to 13 years old judo wrestlers from Vilnius judo sport club “Lokys”. Research purpose – to investigate the effectiveness of the metrology for the coordination abilities development for 11 to 13 years old young judo athletes. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the structure and content of the young judo wrestlers training year cycle. 2. Compose a type of training program that will promote the development of coordination abilities. 3. To determine the effectiveness of the experimental training program by developing the physical fitness and coordination abilities of 11-13 years old young judo wrestlers. Material and methods. Two judo wrestling groups were created for this experimental period. First group was the experimental (E) and second group was control (C), each group had 12 (twelve) judo athletes from Vilnius judo club “Lokys”. The first testing was done on January 24 to 26. Last testing was done on December 19 to 21. The controls group training plan and year cycle was simple, but experimental group training had specially developed year cycle and fitness program. Each mount 4-6 sessions were devoted to additional exercises for coordination. Mathematical statistics methods were used to process the research data. During the study, special training program was created for the coordination abilities to develop and was included in the experimental group training process for young judo athletes. In such training program it is necessary to combine and change complexity of exercises, from simple to hard, from known to unfamiliar exercises. Physical fitness and coordination tests at the beginning and the end of the experiment revealed that the use of special physical exercises complex is an effective tool for developing coordination abilities for 11-13 years old young judo wrestlers as well as improving the athlete's skills. Most of the indicators of physical exercises and coordination abilities were significantly improved or there were trends in their improvement, which indicates that the special exercises had a positive statistically significant effect on the indicators of coordinating abilities of 11 to 13 years-old judo wrestlers.
