People are born with the need to look for the most significant person in their life. This need is an evolutionary one that develops in childhood, when the child needs to feel safe both emotionally and physically to survive. Due to the great impact that parenting styles have on the psychological health of children, their analysis is a great challenge. The society has been concerned lately to ensure favorable conditions for the role of parent to be approached in a manner as natural as possible. Assuming the role of parent comes with emotions that connect the parent and the child and that depending on the type of attachment and parenting style takes place and the development of the child’s emotional intelligence. |
