On the positions of the indivisible unity there are praised, analyzed and integrated the concepts of organizing, structuring and transformation of the information of unitary capital management system. The last is based on the directly synergy of material, information (situational, decisional) and banking processes. In this context there is examined and effected the incorporation in integral full of the organizational, structural and transformational units (forms) of information of banking management system. In accordance with the conception of starting from the domain towards the means and methods of ensuring of the existence and evolution, are analyzed and elaborated the conceptual methods and general criteria of the selection of the informatics resources. In the result of determination of the composition and volumes of the selected resources, in the general plan are established the composition, structure and relations of functioning of the constituents of capital management functional informatics integrated information systems. For such systems are elaborated and disclosed the ways to them conceptual analogue achieving in the form of automated operative informative and intelligent data banks.
