Society's welfare depends on attitude of each citizen towards the work, where teachers' attitudes play a ruling role. In this article we tackle the problem of teachers' attitudes which determine the work quality, its productivity and the satisfaction in work. These attitudes are assumed from social environment we live and could be changed if we know the structure and the content of social representation of the work. |
