The awareness of the employees with the internal normative documents of the unit that is issued by the employer is a very complex and at the same time necessary task for the principle of labor law which concerns the obligation of the employer to inform the employees under the multiple aspects that concern the work activity. Thus, within the meaning of the internal normative acts of the unit that is issued by the employer, such a task remains to be perfectly valid, but not without certain particularities, which are explained in the statement presented. |
