Rezumat

The article is aimed to describe the approaches to the problems of studying quality management systems, their development; also the lists of the quality indicators are presented to be studied and selected when creating quality management systems for a particular enterprise. This article also describes the sequence of stages of development and implementation of a quality system in small enterprises.
